A fillable PDF has interactive form fields — you click on a field and type directly into it without altering the rest of the document's formatting. In our templates, you'll also see [BRACKETED FIELDS] — these are placeholders you replace with your specific information. Both formats work side by side in our documents.

Once you purchase a template, you can use it as many times as you need — for your own business purposes. You purchase a single-user license, meaning it's for your use only. Every document contains [BRACKETED FIELDS] — these are the spots that need your information. Replace each bracket with your specific details (your name, the other party's name, dates, amounts, etc.). In most PDF apps you can click directly on the brackets and type. Do a search for "[" in the document to make sure you haven't missed any.

Yes. If you need to modify the legal language itself, the easiest method is:

• Google Drive: Upload the PDF to Google Drive → right-click → "Open with Google Docs" → edit freely → download as PDF
• Adobe Acrobat (paid): Full editing of any PDF text
• Microsoft Word: Upload to Word Online (free) and it will convert the PDF to an editable document

Note: converting PDFs to editable formats may slightly change the formatting.

Yes. The legal contract templates are intentionally generic and unbranded — they're designed for you to present as your own professional documents. You can add your logo, letterhead, and brand colors using any PDF editing software or by converting to a Word document first.

For products that include multiple versions (like the Ghostwriting Agreement's Version A and Version B), you choose the version that applies to your situation and use that one. You can delete the other version from your copy if you prefer a cleaner document — but having both is useful if your situation changes in the future.
