GoldWrit ("we," "us," or "our") operates goldwrit.com, a digital product store selling fillable PDF templates, contract templates, spreadsheets, playbooks, and related digital documents ("Products"). Purchases are processed through Gumroad, a third-party e-commerce platform.
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download and use the purchased Product for your own personal or business purposes.
GoldWrit products are informational templates only. Nothing on this website or in any GoldWrit product constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Our templates are designed to be helpful starting points, but they are not a substitute for qualified legal counsel.

All purchases are processed by Gumroad. By making a purchase, you also agree to Gumroad's Terms of Service. GoldWrit does not store or process your payment information directly.
Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change at any time without notice. The price at the time of purchase is the price you pay.
Because our products are digital downloads that are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final.
Exceptions: If you experience a verified technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchased file, contact us at goldwrit00@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement at our discretion.
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, accidental purchases discovered more than 7 days after purchase, or dissatisfaction with template content after the file has been downloaded and used.
All GoldWrit products, website content, graphics, and materials are the intellectual property of GoldWrit and are protected by applicable copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
GoldWrit products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that our templates will be suitable for your specific situation, jurisdiction, or purpose. We do not warrant that documents created using our templates will be legally enforceable in any particular jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldWrit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or legal costs — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
